Open-Air Arena at the Innovation District
Live Arena sits at the heart of MIND – Milano Innovation District, the major urban-regeneration project that has transformed the former Expo 2015 site into a science, research and entertainment hub. Inaugurated for live music in 2023, the arena was developed by Big Spaces as a permanent outdoor concert destination, exploiting the wide pedestrian decumano of the Expo masterplan to give Milan a flexible 6,000 m² open-air stage area.
Its hallmark is a permanent 14-metre-high covered stage, designed to support complex international productions, with the audience area shaped on an engineered artificial slope that ensures visibility from every viewpoint. Since opening it has hosted major Latin and pop tours and is the home of the Milano Latin Festival, which in 2026 runs nightly from 13 June to 19 July, plus international acts such as Myke Towers and Grupo Frontera.
