MIND Live Theatre, Milan

MIND Live Theatre is an open-air venue in the MIND – Milano Innovation District, the area northwest of Milan created for Expo 2015 and since redeveloped into a science and innovation quarter. The venue stands at the district's East Gate and can host more than 11,000 people for concerts, festivals and live shows. Its covered stage rises 14 metres, facing a standing area laid out on an engineered artificial slope designed to keep sightlines clear across the whole field.

As one of Milan's newest large outdoor stages, it adds a summer-friendly option to the city's live circuit, with additional open-air areas inside the site for parallel performances.

Getting there

Take metro line M1 (red) to Rho Fiera Milano; from the station the venue is roughly a 15-minute walk through the pedestrian underpass into the MIND district. The site sits next to the future MIND-Merlata railway station and the new university campus, so allow a little extra time on busy event nights.
