Italian and German basketball meet in Milan

Bayern have established themselves as a regular EuroLeague participant, adding another major European sports brand to the competition. Their meetings with Olimpia bring together teams representing two of Europe's biggest cities and two increasingly ambitious domestic basketball programmes.

For EA7 Emporio Armani Milan, the fixture comes after a road game against Hapoel Tel Aviv and before a demanding trip to Istanbul. Maintaining rhythm at home is therefore an important part of this section of the schedule.

Peppe Poeta's squad enters the season with significant experience across every position. Darius Thompson and Marko Guduric provide creativity in the backcourt, while Alec Peters and Devin Booker add size and scoring options closer to the basket.

December basketball at Unipol Forum

The game gives supporters one of only two opportunities to watch Olimpia play a home EuroLeague fixture during December. The second comes against Paris Basketball shortly before Christmas.

Located in Assago, the Unipol Forum remains closely associated with Olimpia's biggest home fixtures and regularly welcomes supporters travelling from outside Italy.
