The EuroLeague champions come to Milan

Olympiacos captured the 2026 EuroLeague title by defeating Real Madrid 92-85 in the championship game in Athens. It was the Greek club's fourth European crown and their first in 13 years, with Evan Fournier earning Final Four MVP honours.

Milan also have recent history with Olympiacos. During the 2025/26 campaign, Olimpia produced one of their best results of the season by beating the Greek side 88-87 in Milan despite several important absences.

That result gives the 2027 meeting additional context, although the teams will first face each other in Piraeus in October.

One of Milan's headline EuroLeague games

By March, both clubs will be deep into the race for postseason positions. Olympiacos' championship status makes this a natural reference point for Peppe Poeta's Olimpia and one of the fixtures likely to attract interest well beyond the regular Milan fan base.

The Unipol Forum in Assago provides the setting, with the reigning European champions facing Italy's 2026 domestic champions.
